Jenny, a member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe, advises on regulatory and legislative issues and strategies for Native clients, along with litigation and appellate work related to Indian tribes across the United States.

Earlier this year, Jenny was a key member of the Akin team that received a Litigator of the Week “shout-out” from The American Lawyer Litigation Daily for its appellate win on behalf of the Seneca Nation, allowing the tribe to proceed in a lawsuit that challenges New York state officials’ ongoing operation of the NYS Thruway across the Seneca Nation’s Cattaraugus Reservation.
