Akin Gump has issued an alert detailing OFAC’s recently issued General License 12B and General License 13A,  superseding and replacing two prior licenses, together with Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

The OFAC updates clarify and extend authorized activities with Russian sanctioned entities.
