A recent significant case: Muñoz secured a victory for Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Janssen Pharmaceuticals last September in a significant patent challenge brought by Mylan N.V. regarding Janssen’s multibillion-dollar product for the treatment of schizophrenia. The case was appealed to U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which issued a unanimous, precedential decision in favor of Janssen. Learn more here.
