(Washington, D.C.) – Akin advised Apollo S3 as a co-lead investor in the closing of Exponent’s, a leading European private equity firm, approximately €750 million single-asset continuation vehicle for H&MV Engineering, an Ireland-based provider of specialist high-voltage electrical engineering services for data centers, battery energy storage systems, utilities and renewables.
