(Washington, D.C.) Akin advised Apollo S3 as co-lead investor in Tikehau Capital’s €1 billion private equity continuation fund for its portfolio company Egis.  

This is the first Tikehau Capital private equity continuation fund dedicated to its portfolio company Egis, a global leader in architecture, consulting, engineering, construction and mobility services, supporting the company’s growth trajectory and accelerating its global development, with a focus on strategic acquisitions.
