(New York) – Akin’s global capital solutions team advised Bain Capital Credit, LP, a leading global credit specialist, in its investment, split between mezzanine debt and common equity, alongside Consortium Brand Partners, a consumer brand investment platform, and other investors, to acquire the intellectual property assets of California Pizza Kitchen, the pioneering casual dining restaurant chain.
