(Washington, D.C. and New York) – Akin advised FoxPath Capital Partners, an independent alternative investment firm focused on credit secondaries, in its long-term partnership with Reinsurance Group of America, a leading global life and health reinsurer. Under the partnership, Reinsurance Group of America will make a strategic investment in, and multi-fund anchor commitment to FoxPath.

The Akin team was led by investment management partner Fadi Samman and included corporate partner Timothy Clark and associates Morgan Hensley and Emily Grassett; tax partner Stuart Alter and counsel Jeffrey Whalen; and senior practice attorney Daniel Jacobs.
