(New York) Akin advised General Atlantic Credit’s Atlantic Park fund in its partnership with PlanetArt’s management team to acquire the PlanetArt division from Claranova (Euronext Paris: FR0013426004 – CLA). This transaction represents another example of General Atlantic Credit’s Atlantic Park fund and Akin collaborating to structure and deliver tailored financing solutions to meet the bespoke needs of market participants. 

The Akin team was led by capital solutions partners Ryan Cox and Payson Lyman, and included corporate associates Spencer Hazan, Zachary Buda, Andrew Stubbs and Karolen Eid.
