Zack is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He advises clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, debt finance, corporate governance and other general matters.

Zack earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, he was an associate editor for the Cardozo Law Review, a member of the Bet Tzedek Civil Litigation Clinic and an intern for the Civil Rights Department of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
