Zack represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, financial investors, and their portfolio companies in a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, reorganizations, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. He also counsels boards of directors, management teams, and investors on corporate governance, contractual, and general corporate matters across diverse industries.
Zack earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as an associate editor of the Cardozo Law Review, participated in the Bet Tzedek Civil Litigation Clinic, and interned with the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.

- Bessemer Investors LLC, a New York-based investment firm, in its strategic investment in RotoCo, LLC, the largest U.S. and Canadian franchisee of Roto-Rooter plumbing services.
- New Fortress Energy, Inc., an energy infrastructure company, in its $2 billion sale of 11 LNG infrastructure vessels to a joint venture formed with Apollo Global Management Inc.
- Kinderhook Industries and its portfolio company Live Oak Environmental in the acquisition and financing of Piney Woods Sanitation Inc., a Texas-based solid waste collection company.
- Princeton Equity Group in its strategic investment in Pirtek, a leading hydraulic hose repair and replacement franchisor.
- Mill Rock Capital and its portfolio company Venture Metals+ in the acquisitions of Thalheimer Brothers and Mega Metals, processors of non-ferrous metals serving industrial markets.
- General Atlantic Credit’s Atlantic Park fund in its acquisition of PlanetArt, a personalized e-commerce division of Claranova offering photo printing apps and customized gift platforms.
