Akin Advises MRC Global on Cooperation Agreement with Engine Capital

(New York and Boston) – Akin advised MRC Global Inc., the leading global distributor of pipe, valves and fittings (PVF) and other infrastructure products and services to diversified gas utility, energy and industrial end-markets, on a cooperation agreement with Engine Capital.
