Akin Gump Advises Fernando on £710 Million Notes Issue

(London) - Akin Gump has advised Fernando Parent Limited in connection with the issuance and listing of more than £700 million of secured notes by two of its subsidiaries, Fernando JSN plc and Fernando SSN plc.
The issuance comprised £339 million of junior secured notes issued by Fernando JSN plc and £371 million senior secured notes issued by Fernando SSN plc, both of which were listed on The International Stock Exchange on October 2, 2020.
The issuances are connected to the issue of new debt securities by the newly incorporated Fernando group of companies following completion of the restructuring of Fairhold Securitisation Limited’s £1 billion of distressed securitization structure and swap liabilities (read more here).
