Dan Nash Named to Benchmark Litigation’s Top 20 Labor and Employment Litigator

The list recognizes the leading lawyers in labor and employment litigation and features, the publication notes, “an elite group of lawyers who have been recognized by peers and clients alike for their exceptional reputations and achievements in labor and employment.”
Mr. Nash’s labor and employment work has regularly received recognition from legal media and ranking organizations. For example, last year, The American Lawyer named an Akin Gump team led by Mr. Nash as a runner-up for its Litigator of the Week series for securing a critical ruling by a federal judge in California denying class certification in a long-running case against the National Football League (learn more here).
