Aaron is an associate in the antitrust and international competition practice based in London.
He advises clients on all aspects of UK, EU and international competition law, with a focus on multijurisdictional merger control matters. He also advises clients on foreign investment and national security reviews across Europe and globally, including under the UK National Security and Investment Act.
Aaron’s experience spans a range of sectors including energy, critical national infrastructure, technology and other strategically important industries. He regularly acts for leading sovereign wealth funds, private equity sponsors and financial institutions.
- Represented TGS ASA in the $2 billion takeover of listed peer, PGS ASA.
- Representing an ad hoc group of Class A creditors holding over £13 billion in the recapitalisation of Thames Water, the UK’s largest water and wastewater company.
