Abigail is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Akin, she worked as an intern in the Office of General Counsel at a bank in Stuttgart, AR, and as a law clerk in the Public Protection Division of the Arkansas Attorney General’s office in Little Rock, AR.

Abigail earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, where she was a member of the Women's Law Student Association. She also holds a B.A. in political communications, magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University.
