Biography
Agis is an associate in the corporate finance practice in London.
He has experience advising banks and other financial institutions as well as international corporates and sponsors on a variety of products and structures covering corporate loans, leveraged and acquisition financings, re-financings and working capital facilities across a number of industry sectors and jurisdictions.
Representative Work
- Advised a major U.S. bank in connection with a working capital facility extended to a multinational information technology company and its subsidiaries, spanning 13 jurisdictions.
- Advised a major Canadian bank in connection with a term loan and revolving credit facility extended to a U.S.-sponsor portfolio company for the purpose of financing the acquisition of a leading provider of compliance and regulatory software for the insurance and financial services sector.
- Advised a major Spanish bank in connection with a multi-currency term loan and revolving credit facility extended to a consumer electronics company.
- Advised an Indian public company and its subsidiaries on a U.S. dollar term loan facility in connection with the acquisition of a U.S. luxury travel supplier.
- Advised a U.S.-sponsor and its portfolio company on financing a bolt-on acquisition of a major engineering-focused software solution provider.
- Advised an aviation leasing company on an investment grade term loan and revolving credit facility.
- Advised a London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market (AIM)-listed company on:
- Its entry into a new senior secured financing provided by a leading alternative asset management firm and the subordination of its existing facility.
- The subsequent amendment and extension of the new senior facility, as well as a debt-to-equity swap with respect to its mezzanine shareholder facility.
