Alexey Pashinskiy is an Associate in corporate practice, based in Dubai. He advises international clients on a broad range of cross-border transactions across different sectors, including telecom, data centers and retail, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and exits, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.
Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in other leading international law firms in Dubai and Moscow.
Representative Work
- Advised an ADGM-based public company and its investors on a variety of corporate matters regarding governance, financing, buyback, takeover rules, securitiesand Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) regulations.
- Advised a Dutch-based holding company with NASDAQ listing on the $5.2 billion sale of all of its businesses in Russia.
- Advised a U.S.-based construction and engineering company on its collaboration with a German steel manufacturing group to form a joint venture in the United Arab Emirates.
- Advised a major listed telecom company on buyback of its GDRs from a major U.S. investment bank.
- Acted foran international real estate developeron complex shareholders’ arrangements with respect to the equity financing of a flagship residential project in Dubai Internet City.
- Advised an investor in a European hospitality real estate operator in relation to refinancing and onward sale matters.
