Alexis is an associate in the projects & energy transition practice. She represents sponsors, lenders and investors in complex project financings of large-scale utility, commercial and community renewable energy generation facilities, including debt and tax equity financing and mergers & acquisitions. She also assists sponsors with early-stage project development.
Previously, Alexis was an associate at another large international law firm in Washington, D.C. She earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where she was an Environmental Justice Center Fellow and a student attorney in the Investor Justice and Education Clinic.
