Anthony has extensive experience in special situations transactions, traditional capital markets matters and corporate governance. He provides guidance to asset managers and their portfolio companies during key stages of the investment life cycle on a broad array of corporate matters and strategic investments. Anthony also represents credit investors and distressed companies in complex recapitalization and refinancing transactions.

- Represented a leading credit investor in a $400 million equitization and recapitalization of an aerospace manufacturer.
- Counseled institutional investors on special situations transactions, including strategy around a proposed discounted exchange by a media company and bespoke governance arrangements for a healthcare carve‑out.
- Represented issuer in a $300 million liability‑management exchange and subsequent equitization/refinancing for a specialty chemicals company.
- Advised Terran Orbital Corporation, a satellite manufacturer, in its de-SPAC transaction with Tailwind Two Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company.
- Provided ongoing corporate, securities and governance advice to companies in the medical‑imaging, aerospace and consumer‑services sectors following restructuring transactions.
- Represented creditor groups and private credit funds in out‑of‑court exchanges and private credit workouts across technology, industrial services, communications and healthcare analytics issuers, including cooperative frameworks and bespoke capital solutions.
- Represented ad hoc creditor groups or debtors in chapter 11 cases including Lucky Bucks, GTT Communications, Loyalty Ventures and Frontier Communications.
