Biography
- Focuses on commercial real estate, entertainment finance and general corporate transactions.
Arman focuses his practice on commercial real estate, financing in the media & entertainment space, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Akin, Arman worked as a legal extern in Mexico City. He previously interned for the East Bay Community Law Center in California in its Education Defense & Justice for Youth Clinic.
Arman earned his J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholar and served as co-chair of the Middle Eastern and North African Law Students Association.
Arman currently serves on the DEI Council of Akin’s Los Angeles office.
Representative Work
- Represented a national hospital network in the acquisition of a commercial building to be converted to medical office space in Illinois.
- Represented a large, closely-held commercial real estate investor in the acquisition and financing of an industrial park in Johnstown, Colorado and a manufacturing center in Stockton, California.
- Represented a large, closely-held commercial real estate investor in the sale of a retail property in Walnut Creek, California; a mixed-use office space and affordable housing project in Salt Lake City, Utah; and its tenancy-in-common interest in a hotel in Danville, California.
