Bailey is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Akin Gump, Bailey clerked for a major global law firm, where he gained experience relative to company formations, and mergers and acquisitions.

Bailey earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was a staff editor for the Texas Review of Entertainment and Sports Law. He was also a member of the Texas Space Law & Policy Society.
