- Advises clients on antitrust and competition matters, including investigations, litigation and regulatory compliance.
Blake represents clients in antitrust counseling, mergers & acquisitions and regulatory compliance matters across a variety of industries. Blake brings substantial experience from the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition in Washington, D.C., where he investigated and litigated violations of U.S. antitrust laws and coordinated with both domestic and international competition authorities. Blake also served as a resident advisor to the Philippine Competition Commission, providing guidance on antitrust investigations and regulatory best practices.
Blake’s government background is complemented by experience as an intern to Justice Mary Fairhurst at the Washington State Supreme Court and to the auditor-master at the D.C. Superior Court. Blake earned a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, where he served as senior comments editor of the Washington International Law Journal and as president of the Law and Business Association. Blake holds a B.S. in business management, with a minor in economics, from Brigham Young University.
