Brady is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists public and private companies in finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Brady earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. During law school, he served in various capacities for the Texas Review of Law and Politics, including as an articles editor. He was also a member of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. Prior to law school, Brady graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in electrical engineering and worked at Samsung Austin R&D Center as a design verification engineer.
