Brandon is an associate in the corporate practice. Brandon advises clients on a range of corporate matters, including securities offerings, corporate governance, and special situations and distressed corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Akin, Brandon was an associate at another global law firm in Houston and previously worked as an associate at a leading global professional services firm in San Diego. Brandon also served as a judicial extern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in Los Angeles.

Brandon received a J.D., cum laude, from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, and a B.S., cum laude, in Accountancy from the University of San Diego.
