Advised Nexperia BV on the $177 million sale of Newport Wafer Fab, the UK’s largest semiconductor manufacturer.
Advised Mubadala Capital, the wholly owned asset management subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Bugaboo Group, a global market-leader in strollers and premium children’s consumer products.
