Biography
- Advises clients on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of alternative investment funds, including domestic and offshore hedge funds employing both traditional and specialised strategies.
- Advises clients on ongoing regulatory obligations, including in connection with the establishment of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD).
Camilla advises a range of clients across Europe, the UK and the U.S., including asset managers, hedge funds and fund managers of varying size.
Prior to joining Akin, Camilla trained and worked in-house at a leading global alternative investment management firm.
