Caroline is an associate in the financial restructuring practice. She advises clients on a range of financial restructuring matters, including chapter 11 cases and transactions involving financially distressed entities and cross-border in- and out-of-court restructurings.
Prior to joining Akin, Caroline was a restructuring associate at another global law firm in New York City. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth S. Stong at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Caroline received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a staff editor for the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice.
