Caryn represents clients before Congress, the administration and outside stakeholders on a variety of public policy issues. She has been with the firm for more than a decade, working closely with former Congressman Vic Fazio (D-CA).

Caryn also maintains an active role in Democratic politics at the national level. She has been extensively involved in numerous House, Senate and presidential campaigns.

Prior to joining Akin Gump, Caryn worked in government affairs for a major Fortune 500 company, and, prior to that, she served as a professional staff member in the office of Sen. John Breaux (D-LA).
