Charlotte is a member of the firm’s technology transactions group in the London corporate practice. Her practice concentrates on cross border and domestic mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company sales and purchases, and private equity and venture capital financing, and Charlotte has acted for trade buyers, high-growth companies, portfolio companies, founders, investors and management teams.

She has experience across a range of industry sectors including artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning, information technology (IT) infrastructure, fintech, gaming, digital health, biotechnology and life sciences.
