Chloe Chan advises hedge and private equity funds and other financial sponsors on structuring, acquiring and disposing of their investments across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. She advises hedge funds on many high-profile shareholder activism strategies in Europe and across the Asia-Pacific region.

Chloe has prior experience in private M&A and private equity/venture capital investments, having represented investors and investee companies on different spectrums of the investment cycle, from small seed funding rounds through to multimillion dollar investments. She has also represented various funds on cross-border joint ventures, including establishing bespoke corporate joint venture structures.
