Claire is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists public and private companies in mergers & acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Claire was previously a summer associate at Akin in 2022 and 2023.

Claire earned her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2024. She graduated from Texas A&M University’s Professional Program of Accounting in 2020 with a B.S. in accounting and a Master’s in marketing. Claire is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and prior to practicing law, she worked as an associate at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Houston.
