Claire is an associate in the firm’s investment management practice. She assists clients on a range of investment management matters, including regulatory compliance and transactional support.

Prior to joining Akin, she clerked at a firm based in Austin, where she conducted legal research and assisted with trial preparation.

Claire earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, graduating with honors. She was the executive articles editor for the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. She also participated in the Women's Law Caucus, Student Bar Association, and Texas Business Law Society. Claire holds a B.A. in journalism with honors from the University of Texas at Austin
