  • Represents clients in government investigations, audit responses and disputes.

David focuses his practice on all aspects of government contracts and grants law, including counseling clients on regulatory compliance related to grants and federal, state and local procurement matters. David advises government contractors on a broad range of legal issues related to compliance issues, bid protests, performance and termination disputes and traditional contract disputes.

He advises clients in responding to government investigations and audits as well as conducting internal investigations in the education, technology, health care and defense and security industries.

Previously, David was an associate with a law firm in Washington, D.C. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as an articles editor for The Georgetown Law Journal, a research assistant for the Georgetown Center for the Constitution and a student attorney with Rising for Justice Housing Advocacy and Litigation Clinic.
