Dominic is an associate in the corporate practice and a member of the firm’s mergers & acquisitions group. He advises clients on corporate and securities transactions.

Prior to rejoining Akin, Dominic managed his family’s fourth-generation farm and business in Manteca, California. He also previously served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Renee H. Toliver, United States District Court, Northern District of Texas.

Dominic received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Southern Methodist University School of Law, and a B.S. from Arizona State University.
