Biography
- Focuses on U.S. securities, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions.
Erin is a US-qualified associate in Akin’s London Corporate practice.
She advises clients in relation to capital markets and U.S. securities matters. She also has experience in cross-border private equity and complex M&A and debt finance transactions, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to joining Akin and relocating to the UK, Erin worked at another U.S. law firm in Dallas, Texas.
Representative Work
- Advised a consortium of AI Infrastructure Partnership, MGX, and Global Infrastructure Partners in its $40 billion acquisition of Aligned Data Centers.
- Advised Trinity Hunt Partners-backed Herringbone Digital in its acquisition of Hennessey Digital.
- Advised Legence Corp. in its $825.7 million initial public offering, including the partial exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option.
- Advised Legence Corp. and Blackstone in an aggregate $1.2 billion secondary offerings of Legence Class A common stock by Blackstone.
