Felicity Stansfield advises private equity funds, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds and funds of funds.
Felicity’s experience includes acting for fund managers on fund formation and ongoing issues relating to private equity funds. She has also worked on a number of secondary transactions.
Representative Work
- Advised client on a number of secondary acquisitions of portfolios of interests and direct investments. Specifically, advised on a structured secondary acquisition of a portfolio of interests invested in more than 100 underlying funds with a deferred consideration element and linked sale offer to third-party investors.*
- Advised clients on primary investment in various private equity and real estate funds.*
- Advised on various fundraisings.*
