Haley is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice, where she advises clients on a range of appellate and other litigation matters.
Prior to joining Akin, Haley served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David J. Barron of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was articles development editor of the Virginia Law Review. During law school, she held positions as a research assistant and as a member of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. She earned a B.A. in government and history from William & Mary.
