Harrison serves as counsel in the financial restructuring practice in London. He represents investors, corporates and private equity sponsors in financial restructurings, workouts and insolvencies. Harrison has extensive experience advising on complex cross-border restructurings.
Prior to joining Akin, Harrison was a counsel and associate at other international law firms in London and Sydney.
- Petrofac: Counsel to the ad hoc group of bondholders on the financial restructuring of the UK-based engineering, construction and energy transition company.
- Hurtigruten Group: Counsel to a group of noteholders originally issued by the Norwegian cruise line and coastal ferry business in a consensual process to amend and restate the E2 notes.
- IGM Resins: Counsel to Astorg (as Sponsor) and IGM Resins in relation to the company’s debt restructuring.
- Schoeller Allibert: Counsel to Schoeller Allibert in connection with its consensual recapitalisation transaction.
- Keter Group: Counsel to PSP (as PIK Lender) and shareholder in connection with the refinancing of the outdoor storage solutions and furniture group.
