Harrison is an associate in the firm’s financial restructuring practice. Harrison assists debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in complex chapter 11 bankruptcy matters and out-of-court restructurings.
Prior to joining Akin, Harrison was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable A. Raymond Randolph of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and previously was an associate attorney at a global law firm in New York.
Harrison received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he served as the online executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law. During law school, he was a judicial intern for the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. He graduated with a degree in Economics from Princeton University.
