Hayley specializes in a broad range of international trade issues. She advises clients on United States (U.S.), European Union (EU) and Swiss trade compliance matters, provides transactional assistance and supports clients with licensing and enforcement procedures. Additionally, Hayley counsels sovereign and multinational clients on international trade law and policy, including free trade agreement negotiation and international dispute settlement.

Prior to joining Akin, Hayley worked in the international trade department of another large global law firm in its Zurich and Geneva offices.  

While attending Harvard Law School, Hayley interned at the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
