Biography
Hazal is an associate in the corporate finance team, based in London.
She has experience advising financial institutions, investors and companies on a wide range of financings, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, fund finance and general corporate lending.
Prior to joining the firm, Hazal trained, qualified and worked in the London office of another major international law firm.
Representative Work
- Advised Tresmares Capital as lender on the sponsor-backed acquisition of accountancy and audit companies.
- Advised a leading UK bank on the take-private of a company in the healthcare sector.
- Advised a major European bank on numerous net asset value (NAV) financings.
- Advised a large Asian bank on a subscription-line facility to a leading fund of one based in the US.
- Advised a syndicate of lenders across Europe, the Middle East and Asia on a EUR 1,000,000,000 term loan to a Middle Eastern bank.
