Henry is an associate in the corporate practice. He represents and advises clients on a wide array of corporate, real estate and renewable energy transactions across the country, including in connection with mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, purchases and sales, leasing and project financing.
Prior to joining Akin, Henry was an associate at another leading global law firm in their Las Vegas office, with a particular focus on commercial real estate transactions in all asset classes and mergers and acquisitions.
Henry previously served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jack Zouhary at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
- Represented an affiliate of Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust in connection with the acquisition of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
- Played a key role in Sega Sammy Creation Inc.'s acquisition of GAN Limited, a Nasdaq-listed company providing internet gaming solutions and sports betting services.
- Assisted Ono Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. on the closing of a tender offer to acquire Deciphera Pharmaceuticals Inc. for $2.4 billion.
- Participated in Praana Group's acquisition of Owens Corning's glass reinforcements business at an enterprise value of $755 million.
- Contributed to Blue Wolf Capital Partners and GCM Grosvenor's acquisition of Hallcon Corporation.
