Biography
- Advises on a wide range of dispute resolution areas, including commercial and investor-state arbitration, sovereign disputes, distressed debt and financial restructuring litigation, as well as judicial reviews and civil fraud.
Jack is an associate in the international litigation and arbitration practice based in London.
Jack’s experience covers several industry sectors including construction, crypto disputes, competition litigation and data protection matters, as well as previous experience working on financial restructurings, international trade and finance transactions.
Representative Work
- Advising Innsworth, as litigation funders, on their intervention in the Competition Appeal Tribunal for settlement in the case of Merricks v Mastercard.
- Advising on contractual and tortious disputes between high-net-worth individuals and a cryptocurrency exchange.
- Providing regulatory advice on matters of cybersecurity and data protection.
