Biography
James is an associate in the litigation and international arbitration practice of our London office.
He advises on complex commercial disputes and is experienced in a wide range of contractual, tortious and public law claims in a variety of Court and Arbitral forums.
Representative Work
- Acted on a multi-billion Euro ICC arbitration arising from a joint venture dispute.
- Acted on the first ever judicial review of a forced divestiture under the National Security and Investment Act 2021.
