Jared advises clients on a wide array of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), preferred and structured equity financings and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Akin, Jared was an M&A associate at other global law firms in New York. He received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. He holds a B.A. summa cum laude in philosophy and political science from the University at Buffalo.
