Jennifer counsels public and private companies throughout all stages of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raises and corporate governance matters. She has significant experience advising boards of directors and special committees on fiduciary duties, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosure obligations and other governance considerations in the context of M&A. She also has deep experience negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements and guiding clients through all aspects of deal execution. Jennifer's practice is further informed by her prior in-house experience at a global commodities trader and her extensive background in energy transition-focused M&A.
Jennifer earned a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where Jennifer was a member of the Texas Law Review and holds a B.A. cum laude in international relations and South Asian studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
