Jenny is an experienced AI regulatory, cybersecurity and data protection lawyer advising multinational clients on complex contentious and non-contentious issues arising from the development, deployment and investment in data‑driven technologies, including AI. With a focus on the U.K. and the European Union (EU), Jenny guides clients through cybersecurity and privacy incident response and investigations, regulatory compliance and risk management, and support with AI, cybersecurity and privacy issues in their global acquisition and investment strategies.
In addition to her regulatory practice, Jenny represents clients in a wide range of industries in high-value, complex international arbitrations under most of the main arbitral rules. She also acts in top-end, intricate cross-border commercial litigations in the English High Court and, in conjunction with local counsel, in off-shore jurisdictions. The international disputes she handles cover the Middle East, Africa, Scandinavia, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Eastern Europe and Russia.
Jenny has received numerous industry honours, including Law.com’s Women Leaders in Tech Law award in December 2025. She is named a “key lawyer” in international arbitration (2022–2026), commercial litigation (2019–2026) and civil fraud (2019-2024) in The Legal 500 UK “with particular expertise in technology disputes as well as cyber and privacy issues.” Other recognitions include being named a Rising Star in international arbitration and commercial litigation in The Legal 500 UK 2024, as well as Euromoney Legal Media Group’s Europe Women in Business Law Awards 2017.

- Assisting a wide variety of clients on compliance with emerging AI laws and regulations when developing and deploying AI tools, including the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (“EU AI Act”).
- Advising one of the Big Five technology companies on the impact of major, recently finalised or in-development AI legislation or regulation across six key jurisdictions, analysing the key patterns and trends across these developments in order to advise product groups on requirements that impact product development or operation.
- Advising a leading online dating and networking application on compliance with the EU AI Act in relation to existing and planned product offerings.
- Advising a global leader in security analytics software in relation to impact of the EU AI Act on their products.
- Advising a multinational, multi-billion defence company in AI regulatory matters.
- Advising a solar tracker technology company on navigating the EU AI Act and related regulations.
- Advising a leading wireless telecommunications operator on AI laws and regulations impacting the establishment of a joint venture focused on co-developing and launching a multilingual telco LLM (large language model).
- Assisting a manufacturer working to operationalise AI technologies such as facial recognition.
- Advising an autonomous vehicles developer on compliance with AI and privacy laws in the Middle East.
- Advising a satellite technology company using Big Data on a new product development and issues under EU law arising in relation to facial recognition technology.
- Assisting a United Nations (UN) Special Rapporteur in relation to her proposed third-party intervention in two cases before the European Court of Human Rights in relation to AI-enhanced targeted and untargeted surveillance.
- Advising a user of web scraping technologies/services in relation to European privacy laws.
- Advising a not-for-profit focused on developing a new ecosystem operating under a paradigm of human autonomy and agency via computational systems on developing AI laws.
