Advising one of the world’s leading litigation funders on cross-border financing arrangements for a company in liquidation in Asia to enable the liquidators to pursue proceedings in Europe against a regional government.

Represented the holders of various private placement notes issued by ED&F Man Treasury Management plc in connection with the group’s refinancing of more than US$1 billion of debt which included the grant of new security instruments in various jurisdictions including Korea, Japan and Vietnam.
