Biography
- Advises clients on a range of corporate transactions.
Jonathan is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice, assisting clients with a variety of corporate transactions and governance issues.
Jonathan previously served as a Strauss Scholar at Akin and interned with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in Compton.
Jonathan earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was a recipient of the B.D. Fischer and Fran Fischer Endowed Scholarship. He holds a B.A. in history with a concentration in African studies and modern Jewish history from UCLA, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2022.
