- Experience advising on transactions and matters across various industries and jurisdictions.
Jonny represents bondholders, noteholders and a broad array of financial institutions on complex cross-border restructurings, insolvencies, special situations and workouts. He has advised on some of the most significant financial restructurings in the market.
His experience spans sectors, including financial services, industrial, technology, telecommunications, metals and mining.
Representative Work
- Atalian SAS: Counsel to the ad hoc group of bondholders of the French-headquartered services business in connection with its restructuring transactions.
- First Brands Group: Counsel to the leading supplier of aftermarket automotive parts on its $10 billion+ restructuring across over 30 jurisdictions.
- Vialto Partners: Counsel to the CD&R portfolio company, on its recapitalisation and refinancing of its debt facilities.
- Digicel: Counsel to the ad hoc group of bondholders of the Caribbean mobile phone operator in relation to the Group’s balance sheet restructuring, implemented through a scheme of arrangement in Bermuda.
- Nordic Aviation Capital: Counsel to the ad hoc group of lenders to the world’s largest regional aircraft lessor in relation to its restructuring by way of chapter 11 proceedings.
- Hesley Group: Counsel to Antin Infrastructure Partners on the refinancing of the Group’s senior facilities.
