Jordan is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Jordan earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as the director of communications for the Fordham Information Law Society and co-representative of the Career Planning Center.
